Class Changes

All classes, workshop/s camp, class or session entire fees must be paid in full payment at the time of registration.

Fashion Center Intl. reserve the right to cancel, change or dismiss classes at any notice without the consent or the permission of its participants and instructors. A courtesy call and email will be given in the event the class is cancel within twenty-four hour. We require a minimum of 4 students for all group classes and camps.In the event of low enrollment for a class or camp, students will be assigned to a new class date and time.All Classes are payable by cash, check, online for PayPal and money order. Private lessons must be paid in advance before lesson will begin.

Private lessons are "reserved" for the dates and times schedule and must be taken on the "reserved" date. In the event of an emergency please give 24 hours notice if you must cancel/reschedule a lesson. No refunds are given for private lessons cancel after the 24 notice policy before the schedule lesson/s. Please call in advance or email fashioncenterpa@gmail.com for cancellations.

What is Couture Fashion Sew & Craft Camp & Classes

An exciting creative learning fashion camp experience for all students! Participants are engaged and self led on fashion projects,ssewing,designing,trips to museums and more;participate in their own fashion show, and have acess to professional fashion photos of their garments taken for their Fashion Portfolio.The program introduces new and existing students to the world of fashion from sewing to creating, a look in fronty and behind the scenes.Fashion Camp is open to participants with no sewing or fashion experience.Just the desire to achieve.

Fees

All Fashion Camps require a non-refundable camp fee of $________due prior to starting a class camp or session/s.

No registration will be accepted without the registration fee, this covers the cost of the first project & administrative fees this will also reserved your seating space for all classes and workshops.

Cancellation can be made over the phone or by email. There are no make-ups for missed or cancel classes and camps.

Please be on time to your class, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the start time of their class counts as a missed class and will not be refunded. If student cancels within 24 hour prior to the schedule date, Participants understands this to be a forfeiture of the deposit and is not responsible for further fees.

Participants understand that all fees are forfeited to Fashion Center International. For classes fewer than two students can be schedule as a private class at private rate. If the event is cancelled prior to the event date, Participants understands this to be a forfeiture of the deposit and is not responsible for further fees.

Fashion Camp Cancellations & Changes

Fashion Center reserved the right to cancel, change or dismiss classes and camps at any notice without the consent or the permission of its participants, and instructors due to low enrollment, facility cancellation and course change. Participants will be given a twenty-four hour notice in this event of cancellation and or rescheduling for a canceled class or camp. There are no make up days for missed classes or camps. Classes and camps shorter in time & hours cannot be rescheduled, i.e. at (2-hour session) can not be rescheduled or made up.

Class Fee Policy

All classes with a fee of $ 100.00 or less requires full payment at the time of registration. Classes require at least $100.00 or 50% deposit; whichever is greater, at time of registration. The balance is due before the first day of the class/Camp.

Transportation &Parking Bus Routes # 2, # 40 & #C Bus, # 17 Bus & Broad Street Orange Line going south On- Street Parking is available.

Meals: Fashion Center does not provide any meals to students during classes or camps.

They are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch or visit any of the restaurants & luncheons’ during their one hour break. Reservations: Class size is limited to 20 students. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

All Students/Participants under the age of sixteen must have a parental release indemnification and/or hold harmless form

on file with Fashion Center International .The form states with respect to any claim or demand for loss, damage, and/or injury to property, person, or thing rented, owned or brought into the camp,class or workshop.

COUTURE CAMP AND CLASSES MAIL REGISTRATION

For registration mailing: Print the Non-refundable deposit registration form for your selected Camp.

Print two copies, keep a copy for your records and send a copy with your registration form and payment in full or you may submit online.
